Unlike plain petticoats, however, Fancy Petticoats have a wide ruffle of eyelet or lace at the bottom. They'll make a lovely addition to any lady's wardrobe!
We typically offer our Fancy Petticoats in white only, but we'll be glad to custom-dye them to any colour you request.
